[imp] more postgres stuff: cannot log in

Hi,

I'm running postgres 7.1.3, horde-2.1-3, and imp-3.1-2.

I noticed that I cannot run the pgsql_create.sql script, so I created 
an os user called horde, went createuser root as postgres user, createuser 
horde as root, and then after su - horde, typed createdb horde, and then ran
all the relevent scripts in the db dir.

I cannot log into the horde login screen. In mysql the default username and pw 
is initialised by an sql script, but how about pgsql.
