[imp] INVALID_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR problem

I have a user that sometimes gets INVALID_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR
<mailto:INVALID_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR>  as From: address when she sends
email.
 
 
I just received an email from her and the from field is displaying
INVALID_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR <mailto:INVALID_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR> 
 
 
Her account is configured properly like any other accounts.
 
She is using Windows XP with explorer 6 to send email.
 
 
I have read the faq but couldn't find anything special.
 
Can anyone help?
