[imp] Feature Request: Mark as unseen on individual message

First off I think IMP is an awsome product, kudos to all the work everyone 
has put into it.

I agree that it would be better to have this option as a drop-down box, 
but at the same time I also think some of the features are lost in all of 
the clutter. Maybe having the option to mark something as Important, etc 
could be placed on the email level only and not for an entire folder.
