[imp] html source showing

Hello,

I installed imp 3.2 on windows 2000/IIS5.

Working fine for html attachment, but when the html is inside the mail (created 
by an ISP billing application), it shows the HTML source

Please find following the headers of the mail
How can I configure IMP so as he see this mail as HTML
