[imp] Gettext+Locale question

One way to do it is to install RH 8.0 on a new system and choose the 
languages you need during the install. Then just copy the files over to 
the real box.

I believe you need /usr/share/locale/ , /usr/lib/locale/ , /etc/locale , 
and /etc/sysconfig/i18n


Not the "right" way but I used this technique to get French language 
into RedHat 8.0 after only installing English.
