[imp] thismailbox fix for RELENG_3

This can probably count as an MFH entry.  It's a patch against RELENG_3's
imp/lib/IMP.php that makes sure thismailbox gets initialized, even for POP
sessions.  Thanks to Chuck for the original patch against HEAD.
