When a user logs on for the first time, and there is no data
at all in any of the horde/imp/whatever database tables, such
as settings, identities, and so on.. 

.. IMP displays messages to the effect that it will perform
some system maintenance, including changing the name of inbox
to:

INBOX.sent-mail-jan-1970

Perhaps just this one setting can be ignored ;)
