[imp] imp and the language option

Thanks for the reply 
solaris 8 gcc 3.2.1 with gnu ld  php 4.3.0
I deleted the www directory and reinstall everything 
seemed to be the fix..     I took the sun ld out of the path on 8 works on 9 
fine.
