[imp] problems with themes, using IMP as auth app

No, but, for what it is worth, I also have theme issues with the latest
cvs head code.  In my case, most of the pages respect the themes, but the
menu bar doesn't.  Others report this as not being the case, so I'm not
sure why we are the odd balls...

I've not had time to investigate yet...
