[imp] Problems Running IMP

I know that RH 8 ships with PHP 4.2.2, but I don't know what version of php-
imap it is using.  If it is using imap-2002 then it is broken and should be 
recompiled (see /imp/docs/INSTALL).  I doubt this is the problem, but 
thought i would mention it for the sake of complete analysis...
