[imp] Ok, i give up: how to make the attachment thing work??

Thank you.  It all traced back to a forward slash where I should have had a
back slash.  That fixed everything.  As well as everything else I did to my
server!  Again, thank you Doug, Eric, and Mike.  I appreciate the help!

Your temp directory is misconfigured, either in your php.ini file or your
config/horde.php file.  It is trying to open an UNIX filepath -
/tmp/tmp\imp9DE.tml - on a windows machine.
