[imp] First login time stamp

Hi All,

On the first login to IMP, users see the date 'Thu Jan 1 01:00:01 1970'
as the last logged in date rather than 'Never' as it says suggests in
../imp/lib/IMP.php. This date is the Unix time stamp for 0. But the code
seems to suggest that if it's empty display 'Never'.  

Next time they login they get the correct last login date. 

Has any come across this before, the versions in use are.

Horde: 2.1
IMP: 3.1 
Turba: 1.1
