[imp] PEAR from PHP-4.3.0

Horde is the framework on wich IMP and other Horde projects depends on some 
parts of de code. If some part of the Horde code is updated, and that not 
breaks nothing, there is no need to upgrade other applications that relay on 
Horde, I think.
