[imp] imp htmlspecialchars() and php 4.30

Hi, 

this subject has been dealt with earlier, and I understand it's been fixed 
already. What I would like to know, which files from cvs for releng_3 should I 
update to get rid of the following error when reading mail:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `US-ASCII' not 
supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in /usr/local/apache/virtual/mail/horde-
2.2/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/text.php on line 41
