[imp] Setting up horde/imp on a Featureprice server

Assume you mean owned by user horde?  If so, it shouldn't matter.  In the
horde/config/*.php (and then any other application's config files) you
set the sql database parameters up.  These include the username and password
for the database.  Just change the needed configuration files to match the
owner/password of the created database(s).
