[imp] conf.xml problem

Dear Sir,

I download horde-imp cvs version from your server.
i m not able to run conf.xml file, how to create  file
conf.php ?? can u guide me ?? can u provide me
conf.php file.

I have download Horde 3.0 cvs and IMP 4.0 cvs.

i have tar of version
libxml2-2.4.26.tar.gz
libxslt-1.0.23.tar.gz
I tried to compile PHP with DOM-xml support,but not success. 

should degrade because conf.xml is 1.0 version or can
u provide me conf.php as same.
