Is it really hanging or you just got an empty/incomplete page? ( check 
"page source" in your browser ). If empty/incomplete page, check your 
PHP log file.

Did you succeded with initiating horde database without problems?
[ mysql --user=root --password=<MySQL-root-passwd> < mysql_create.sql ]

Always try to answer below; forcing someone to keep thread readable and
reedit your mail can cause he wont answer. Noone else will, if he doesn't 
read the thread earlier and post structure is unclear.
