[imp] php/inc files heirarchy

Is there a master list somewhere of all the php, inc files and templates etc
that can be used to not so painfully determine what calls what and what includes
what and what is displayed at any given time?

I'm trying to mod the front end to be XHTML/CSS using divs instead of tables for
layout and to remove the frames.  I'm going slowly insane trying to trace all
the includes etc.  What I wouldn't give for an ide for debugging php etc!
