[imp] IMP addressbook

Is your addressbook working ok after installing Turba?
 
I have IMP (3.0 or higher), and Turba (version # unknown), and
am unable to obtain the address book icons, like I had with 
IMP 2.2.7  
 
Any suggestions?
 
The following is copied from Turba FAQ, which I followed, except
I cannot locate "Choose the address book to use when adding
addresses".
