[imp] Constant delete_messages already defined with IMP 3.2

Hi.

I'm running IMP 3.1, Horde 2.0 under Apache running on x86 Red Hat Linux
7.2.  It works well enough but I'd been waiting for IMP 3.2 because of
the Internet Explorer fixes.

I have a symlink in my horde-2.0 directory:

  imp -> imp-3.1

My plan for upgrades was simply to change this to:

  imp -> imp-3.2

I changed all necessary config files and made the change.  However, now
when I go to the login screen localhost/horde/ I get these messages:
