[imp] Constant delete_messages already defined with IMP 3.2

Somehow your lib/constans.php file gets included twice. Perpaps once from
imp-3.1 and once from imp-3.2. I have no idea how this might happen but try
to move the old imp directory completely out of the horde directory tree.
