[imp] Attachment causes 1 message + 2 attachments + double size .... again

Edit your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file.  Look for a line which looks something
like the following:

         AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

Remove it.  Save the file.  Restart your web server via something like:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart

Hopefully that will fix it.
