[imp] messages >= 1k said to be 0k in length

Ok.. I played around with it a bit more..  I've tried combinations of the
following...

- php 4.2.3 vs php 4.3.0
- horde 2.1 / imp 3.1 vs horde.2.2.1 / imp 3.2 FINAL
- imap 2001a vs imap 2002b vs imap 2003 DEV.SNAP-0302202017

I believe our servers are running UW IMAP 2001a.

It looks like it's not displaying the message sizes for message >= 1k.  It's
showing the number of bytes correctly for messages < 1k (or at least our
production solaris machines and the test linux box agree on the sizes <= 1k).

Anyone have any ideas?
