[imp] Filters still do not apply at login

When I ran a FIDONet BBS, there was a wonderful message handler called 
GoldEd.  When replying to messages, it would prepend the initials of 
the correspondentes to each block of quoted text (JH >), and could 
dynamicly re-wrap the text so you didn't get wierd staggered paragraphs.

There's still a web page for it, and you might want to correspond with 
the author, Odin Sorensen.
