[imp] MIME type not set, and empty browser window

| The mime type we set depends on what the browser tells IMP.

An additional note: In HEAD, we use the file() command (either command-line 
or the built-in PHP version) to try to determine the MIME type if the file 
type is given as application/octet-stream.
