You have two choices:

1) Patience.  People are busy, etc.

2) It's been covered in the mailing list before, recently even, and you
can search/view the mailing list archives to find the info.

Is it broken?  Looks okay to me.

See the list archives.  I think the answer is edit compose.php or compose.inc
but not sure.
 
Any reason you don't want this info included?  Standard procedure to
include it.
