[imp] link to sieve-imp-0.0.4

Hi all, 

I'd like to use the sieve filter plugin with imp, but can't find it on the
net. Does anyone of you has a working link for sieve-imp-0.0.4.tar.gz or
could send it to me privately? Does it work with imp 3.2 ?
