[imp] latest imp on redhat 8.0

That really doesn't answer my problem, though the two may or may not be
related.

I am running a box as follows:

RedHat Release 8.0 Psyche
Linux-2.4.18-24-8.0
Httpd-2.0.40
Php-4.2.2
MySQL-3.23.54
Latest horde
Latest imp
And latest other horde packages

Now, I can log into the /horde/ page and I see a successful login in the
/tmp/horde.log but fail to get a page displayed. And if I try to log into
imp, I get a successful login again, as determined from the /tmp/horde.log
file, then I get the page loaded with all kinds of php errors (please see
attached imp-error.jpg which is a snapshot of the errors on the page).

Any ideas?!?!?
