[imp] IMP: new install - Your Mail session has expired. Please login again.

I am immediatly logged out at the login in screen, putting me back at the
login screen with the message "welcome to horde", "Your Mail session has
expired. Please login again.", "Username", "Password", "Language", and a
log in button.
