[imp] HEAD: redirect after maintenance

Hi!

I'm using an up to date HEAD-version and another one from 13.12.2003. Both 
doesn't redirect well after login if there is a maintenance-job to do with 
confirmation. No matter if I choose "Skip Maintenance" or "Perform Maintenance 
Operations", I get the mailbox without the horde-menu (no frameset).

Any idea whats wrong with it?
