[imp] Attaching big files problem

Hello everybody
I am facing folowing problem. When attaching files more than (approx 
8MB) ... After pushing attach in Composition window refreshes without 
any warning and also without ANY attachment (even if there were some 
before).
php.ini is configured to upload up to 100M

My configuration is like this
apache 1.3.27
horde 2.2.1
imp 3.2.1
php 4.3.1

Anybody have idea where could be the bug hidden : )
