[imp] Two interesting display issues I cannot resolve...

The folders listed here are set in the "Folders" page from IMP.  Checkmark
the folders you want to see, then select the action  that says something
like "check folders for new mail".

There are many, but the one you want is the check folder for new  mail from
IMP's "Folder" page.
