[imp] Horde-custom PHP RPMs updated (wordwrap() vulnerability)

The Horde-custom PHP RPMs have been updated to 4.2.3-0horde2 with a fix
for CAN-2002-1396 (wordwrap() vulnerability).  They can be downloaded from
our FTP server:

	ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/RPMS/i386/rh7/

They're signed with my GPG key which be found here:
