[imp] INBOX error

Sounds like you enabled the password module somehow/somewhere (maybe you
put it in the the list of apps to put in the IMP menu?) but didn't properly
define/enable it in your horde/config/registry.php file. Or something like
that...

If you put it in IMP's menu, but don't have it installed or enabled, that
would be the problem.

Otherwise I'd check the password configuration in horde/config/registry.php
and see if you can't figure it out.
