[imp] INBOX error

I just completed an install of Horde 2.1, IMP 3.1, and Turba 1.1.  After
I login and click on INBOX I get the following error:  A fatal error has
occurred: 'password' is not configured in the Horde Registry [line 693
of /var/www/html/horde2.1/lib/Registry.php].  Any Ideas what might be
causing this error?
