[imp] CVS Head Login Problem

Each time I try to login, I am returned back to the Login screen with no warning
or anything.

I am using Horde with IMP Authentication through IMAP.  Using a previous version
of CVS I can login fine using the same server and the same PHP version.

Any ideas on how to track this problem down?  I look in the logs and it says
that I have logged in successfully 5 times in a row without logging out.
