| Methinks I should investigate 'Q312461'...  I'm also going to upgrade to
| .NET 1.1 and see if that fixes it also.

Removing NET 1.0 and replacing with NET 1.1 didn't do anything.  Instead, I
am going to try a match for 'Q312461' to disable compression and see if
that resolves this.
