Two machines here which have the problem show:

Win2K:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)

WinXP:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)

So looking for a patch or .net string wouldn't help in my situation.
