[imp] Latest IE Update

Ugh.  To clarify:

I am not experiencing any problems using IMP 3.2.1 from my machine.  I am 
running Win2k with SP3, IE 6, .NET 1.1, and all the latest patches--with 
one exception.  I reverted mshtml.dll to a previous version.  etc.
