[imp] How do I integrate the black|white-list on horde/imp with my IMAP server?

I have Horde/IMP on one server and IMAP on another. The filters seem to be
working fine (i.e. messages do get moved according to the filters when the user
logs in and when the mail box gets refreshed) but the blacklist is ignored.

How do I integrate the black|white-list on horde/imp with my IMAP server?
