[imp] hooks don't seem to get called.

Where should this hook be called from?  I grepped all the files of Horde
and IMP for hook and for from_addr and (besides the config/hooks.php
with the example functions), I didn't find anything.

I did:

jgrep -r hook . | jgrep -h from_addr

(jgrep being rgrep from jed)

Is it safe to assume that this hook isn't used anymore?
