[imp] IMP logon error messge from /var/log/messages - SORTED!!

Hi All,

All I did was change the owner/group off httpd_error_log file to 
nobody.nogroup (and some other files).

Suddenly all kicked in on apache restart!!

Happy man am I.

All other things worked with the server fine, so have no idea why.

So answer is check permissions and owners on files related to horde, in 
this case apache's related files.
