[imp] Can't logout

I found it!

In my php.ini, I've set:

arg_separator.output = "&"


This caused imp/login.php to not correctly figure out the reason
parameter, because the browser was redirected to
imp/login.php?foo=bar&reason=logout.

After resetting the parameter, it works fine.
