[imp] IMP 3.2.1 error Saving attachments

| horde is setup to use the default temp dir, and in php.ini, the default

| is /tmp

You did not upgrade to IMP 3.2.1 correctly.  the download/ directory is new
and, if it doesn't exist on your server, it means something went wrong with
the upgrade.
