[imp] Horde 2.2.2, Imp 3.2.1 Error

I upgraded to Horde 2.2.2 from 2.2.1 to fix the slow performance issue with 
horde 2.2.1.  Here is what I got after the login screen:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: encrypt() 
in /home/httpd/html/horde/lib/Cipher.php on line 67

Any ideas?
