[imp] Can IMP be configured to make compose window NOT appear in a new popup window

Hi,

Running:

FreeBSD 4.5
Apache  1.3.19
PHP     4.3.1
Horde:  2.2.1
IMP     3.2.1
mysql   3.23.41

Can IMP be configured to make it compose an email in the main window and 
not bring up a new window?

What config file should I look in?
