I've rebuilt the Horde-custom PHP RPMs to use 4.2.2, and they're available
in the usual place:

	ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/RPMS/i386/

Thanks to Crispin and Grigorios for pinning the IMAP problem down.  You
can actually "upgrade" (using "rpm -U") to these 4.2.2 RPMs even though
you have the previous 4.2.3 ones installed; I bumped the Epoch counter to
make this possible.

(Note that mcal has been disabled for now; with 4.2.3 it would compile but
I couldn't get it to work; now it won't even compile with 4.2.2.  So if
you have php-mcal installed you'll want to remove it, since it won't be
compatible with these.)

I not only built the Red Hat Linux 7.2/7.3 ones (in the rh7/ directory)
but also some new 9 ones (in the rh9/ directory).  8.0 when I have time.
