[imp] Strange-Looking Mail Operations Screen

Hello,

Please see attached JPG image... this page appears right after i log in for the
first time each day.

The strange thing is that the lighter blue around the text looks fine on
everything except where it says "Notice -- Mail is ready to perform..."

It looks like this on every browser i've tried (Netscape 7 and IE6).

Any ideas?
