[imp] still can't start Imp

I have been trying to get Imp to start for a couple weeks now with no
success. Can anyone tell me from looking at my phpinfo page why I might
be failing?

The error I get at present is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: preg_match() in /usr/pkg/share/horde/lib/Browser.php on line 136

Someone suggested that pcre was not loading. If the modules are loading,
shouldn't I see a list of them on the phpinfo page?

Any suggestion might be helpful.
