R: [imp] IMP logon/redirection problem

I found the problem, my mistake: I simply forgot to enable the
applications... I remebered the old horde 2.1 behaviour, where it was
sufficient to remove the comments.
Fortunately, I found my mystake prior that the (right and deserved) flame
arrived :)
